Jowar Chivda

Ingredients

  • Jowar atta (for roti) – ¼ kg
  • Chopped capsicum (red, yellow, green) –  ½ kg
  • Cabbage (Chopped)- ½ k
  • Spring onions leaves (Chopped) – ¼ kg
  • Coriander leaves (Chopped)
  • Lemon – ¼
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Haldi
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dhana jeera powder-as per taste
  • Oil – 1/2 tsp

Method

  1.  Make jowar roti.
  2. Allow it to cool down then crush it using the mixer to make small pieces of roti.
  3. Heat little oil. Add jeera, hing, chopped vegetables.
  4. Sauté for some time. Add the seasonings as per taste.
  5. Add jowar roti pieces.
  6. Add lemon drops and Mix well.
  7. Close for 2 mins.
  8. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with vegetable or raita.
