Dahi Bhindi

Ingredients

  • Bhindi – 1 ½ kg
  • Curd – 1kg
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala
  • Amchur powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil – ½ tsp

Method

  1. Wash and dry bhindi using a kitchen towel.
  2. Slit Bhindi in half.
  3. Mix all dry spices in bowl. Stuff the masala in bhindi.
  4. Heat Oil In A Pan And Stir Fry Bhindi.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining masala over the bhindi.
  6. Now cover the lid and let it cook for some time.
